Road and Ground Maintenance

Roads and Grounds Maintenance guardrail, sign, and culvert  installation and maintenance, repairs,  ditch repairs, and lawn care. In addition,  general site cleanup varies from raking, sweeping, weed control, and painting in the summer to snow and ice removal and elimination of overhead ice hazards  in the winter.Our labourers assist other trades with site preparation and flagging services when road closures are required.We also clean equipment bays, deliver small parcels,  and perform general garbage pick up around buildings and camp areas.

Training is very important to our company, and we have many skilled employees which are ticketed skid-steer, forklift, JLG, loader, and dump truck operators.

Fort McKay General Contracting also has certified flag people on site, as well as those trained in specialized waste clean up.
