Fort McKay Group of Companies is owned and operated by the community of Fort McKay in Alberta, Canada. It is comprised of these seven limited corporations:

• Fort McKay Environment LP
• Fort McKay General Contracting LP
• Fort McKay Properties LP
• Fort McKay Services LP
• Muskeg Distributors LP
• Muskeg Mountain LP

Each company is 100% owned and controlled by the Fort McKay First Nation. The Fort McKay Group of Companies has also formed a number of Joint Venture Partnership Companies.

Since its inception in 1986, FMGC's business activities have expanded from
a single janitorial contract to other long-term contract services in:

• Transportation
• Heavy Equipment Operations
• Labour
• Fuel and Lube Delivery
• Mailroom and Parcel Delivery Operations
• Environmental Services

Through the provision of high quality, cost-competitive products and services, the Group has grown into a financially stable, multi-million dollar operation that has been profitable over a number of years.

FMGC serves a number of corporate clients in northeastern Alberta; from
the oil sands, pipelines, and forestry industries, to the public sector. We are currently examining opportunities to expand our business horizons and operating areas.

The Group of Companies is managed by a team of qualified, experienced, and entrepreneurial managers led by our current CEO - Fredrick McDonald. We are governed by a Board of Directors that is comprised solely of residents from the community of Fort McKay.

Fort McKay Group of Companies enjoys strong support from its Board of Directors and the community in its mandate to pursue new business and economic development opportunities.
