Fort McKay Properties Lands and Leasing is responsible for the management of the Dorothy McDonald Community Business Centre and the Fort McKay Industrial Park. 

The Dorothy McDonald Community Business Centre serves as the centre for business, community services and community gatherings in Fort McKay. The centre houses the First Nation governance and administration offices, the medical centre, the Industrial Relations Corporation and is the corporate headquarters of the Fort McKay Group of Companies. The centre also features a training facility and fitness gym. Some office space is also available for commercial leasing.

Fort McKay Industrial Park

The Fort McKay Industrial Park, located five kilometres north of the Peter Lougheed Bridge on the east side of the Athabasca River serves as an industrial hub to businesses serving the oil sands industry. The park contains 20 lots, which are all leased. Fort McKay Properties owns a 16,250 square foot building containing shop space and 1,600 square feet of office space. Some office space could be leased out.
