The Dispatcher receives the calls for deliveries and coordinates with up to 25 employees per day to deliver the freight to all locations (plant site, Aurora Mine and off site locations) and directs our fleet of 14 vehicles and more than 10 forklifts (Zoom Booms, Hysters, etc).

Responsibilities also include answering and recording all calls into the system in our daily log and entering voice cards from employees.  

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent , good communication skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, CSTS and excellent phone manner.

This position is 40 hrs per week. (Day shifts)
